It’s a bizarre platform, TTS and voice recognition and CD/radio apps in Windows CE. UI seems to be HTML based and of course there’s no touch input. Runs custom apps though, installed via CF card or CDROM 🤣 Also a news/email/traffic app that afaik never got the hardware to make it work.
