OBS is getting a plugin manager which will make creating interactive effects so much easier. You will still need to do a bit of setup, but having plug-ins immediately searchable in OBS will make it so much easier to get people set up.

nah, manually doing it grabbing emote tags in very simple twitch godot extension, then using the emote_id to http request to image and bolt it on the message. fun thing to learn but not sure if recommended

the game engine is open source, but the game will likely not be. we just like saying "open source" to each other i can see that being confusing

More updates to a platformer game controlled by Twitch Chat. Platforms spawn per chat message, letting you climb to higher levels. Each level has a different chat challenge, ex. messages must be emotes only. Curious if other streamers want to try this with their community

I've been working on a game in Godot that turns Twitch Chat into a 2D platformer. Each chat message becomes a moving platform and the player has to climb them to reach the top. Each level forces chat to type certain messages, like emote-only messages.
