So United Airlines imposed a rule that you can't play a video onboard with the sound on or they'll throw you off the plane. When you connect to their wifi, the first thing they do is play a bunch of videos with sound.

25 years prior I had watched the World Trade Center collapse and learned of the loss of more than 300 fellow emergency responders. I went to the bar and asked for the strongest vodka-orange they could fix. Every year since then I drink one, and remember.
