I actually try keeping the sprayer parts of those due to them being useful for other stuff too. The batteries are changeable (or I assume you are supposed to change them, since it opens up and other batteries work).

When I was helping put in the tub for the damaged bathroom, the whole back part of my place outside was covered in them. Tbh I didn’t know they could get this severe. Like previous years I would find maybe 5 at most inside around this time a year, and no others for the most part. But this. Yeah… 😭

Also not crushing them when dealing with them. I found catching them with a tissue and taking off yhe glove on my hand (with them in it), and freezing them works better to avoid the allergy issues.

I have killed more in 3 days than I have in 4 or so years in my home. Putting them outside does nothing either. They just manage to come right back it seems.

*actually have dealt with that many. Also are they immune to most bug poisons? Because the only thing slightly effective on them has been some disinfectant spray for cleaning. I keep counting them and honestly am losing track of the exact numbers after 5 dozen. 🫠 They’re horrible this year.

I have had literally 7 dozen stink bugs come into my home this past week. They literally keep coming. Like a zombie hoard. They irritate my allergies. The smell isn’t terrible, but it irritates my allergies to the point of struggling to breathe. My cats keep torturing them too… making it worse. 🥲
