Ah...! Inktober already!? I'm so focus on what I'm working now and didn't realize Inktober has been around. So I'd like to show you a bit what I'm busy with. I have to done all of them, about 30pcs, before the end of Oct, so I guess these works are literally alongside as my Inktober!😵‍💫

A female military order, in the end, is hard to be acceptable according to human history. Just like in all kind of real-world political conflicts, once people find something they can use against the Sisters, and when the situation is no longer on their side, it's all over.

Heresy. One of the optional bad ending of Ordo Mediare in my imagination.

I wish I become even more famous and can make a whole historical women weeb figure brand.

The Order of the Hatchet of Tortosa. 🪓 From its hatchet emblem alone, you'd probably never guess it was a female order.

The third Ordo Mediare Sister plushie campaign reached the goal! 🎉 Getting funded milestone for the third time wasn’t easy! A big thank you for your support and for welcoming the Sisters into your homes. The sister's third march is now confirmed!

Stereotypes are only used as a shared reference point, or sometimes specifically because I want to subvert them. Sometimes I fall into stereotypes too, and usually that means I still do not understand well enough. So it's a sign telling me I should dig more about it.

And last, wrapped them into the style I prefer. And whenever I design something, there is usually some kind of reference behind it. My references come from all kinds of observations and things I've learned from everyday life.

Maybe it's because I've never really liked the stereotypes created by pop culture or trends. When I design a character or a behavioral trait, I treat them as an individual. Their personality, habits, and preferences shape how they acts, and from the themes I want to express through them.
