I always do the holy trinity of chocolate chip / cranberry orange shortbread / ginger molasses cookies, but I also like to try a new interesting recipe every year + also make gluten free options for my family members who are gluten intolerant

i'm the friend/family member who takes on the mantle of baking literally hundreds if not thousands of cookies by myself to give people as gifts instead of buying gifts so nobody else has to bake anything
