I am also selective in what I publish and what published pieces I show to people. I have curated my "works" page on my web site so if certain people stumble upon it, they won't find themselves there.

It's such a big issue, I was relieved & happy to see it tackled. We don't talk about it. That was a gift your dad gave you. I do write in my journals, but publishing I am more careful. I think you could write a story about finding those letters to your mom. Incredible expectations a mother carries.
