Police were called over a public disturbance. What followed was a violent arrest that put a woman's safety at serious risk. The officer's use of force deserves scrutiny, especially the danger posed by restraining someone facedown on concrete.

A San Diego police officer grabbed a woman by the neck and violently threw her onto the pavement at Linda Vista Recreation Center after responding to a public disturbance. He then pinned her down, knees pressed into her back, and pepper-sprayed her. Let everyone see what this officer did.
