Finally got to throw properly for the first time since September - first October was trimming, and then this past Tuesday the studio monitor had to take a friend to the ER, which absolutely preempts me playing with mud. But my new block of clay was a bit dry, so my initial attempts were a bit um.

My mum has COVID for the first time, and lives too far away for me to cook for her. THIS IS VERY NOT OK. I have just shipped her an awful lot of (very good) store bought soup as a compromise.

I got to pet a ten month old Cardigan Welsh Corgi this morning. Absolutely NO manners to speak of yet, but once he realized that I was another corgi and not actually a sheep, he did calm down and let me give him all the skritches. He has one blue eye and one brown one, so he can see the fae.
