No, but Christopher Cross produced their album Long Time Friends and that’s got some yacht rock on it.

Yacht rock is built around heavy jazz and R&B influences, and usually (especially in the 70s) made by a clique of elite studio musicians in LA. That results in a smooth, gentle groove. Baker Street is a bombastic British song. It’s more dramatic and explosive than smooth.
