I know I roughly seasoned with everything bagel spice, roasted garlic & pepper powder, ginger powder, and mushroom umami powder and coated in some corn starch and a bit of a baking powder.

I made some chickpea tofu cubes that somehow tasted exactly like how I remember KFC popcorn nuggets did (it’s been a lonnnnnng time though) and I was unfortunately barely paying attention to how I seasoned them.

It’s weird to see Yamamoto pitching with fatigue. I’ve only seen him throwing superhuman Herculean starts.
