🚐Access Link 🔹After a strong July, Access Link saw a sharp rise in concerns. 🔹Regional trends varied with Regions 3 & 5 recording the strongest increases. 🔹This uptick was largely due to longer phone wait times following the transition to a new reservation vendor.
🚍Bus 🔹Customer concerns per rider dropped nearly 11%. 🔹The North Division saw a strong 29% decrease, while the other Divisions had small increases. 🔹The decline reflects better service performance & fewer cleanliness issues. App‑related concerns ticked up slightly.
🛎️ The Operations & CS Committee Meeting is tomorrow (9/30).
