I improved the quality of the CSG implementation a lot using uses exact floating point arithmetic. All black mesa maps can be now imported w/o errors. Chisel now also has 'water' brushes

Checking out the graphics card Sierra On-Line ever sold: the Screamin' 3D! That alone makes it a notable oddity, but it's also a Rendition Verite V1000, which can provide some awesome results!...and a slew of shortcomings and mid-90s quirkiness
