Been wanting to try this for awhile: here's a minute-by-minute report, a running diary, of #MNUFC 's 2-2 draw with the Houston Dynamo last night.
(It's an experiment, so let me know whether you like it, hate it, or something in between.)

Can't shut up about Minnesota sports, but still always Minnesota nice. P.S. I am not a crackpot.
Staring at the background of a wide shot and seeing two quality control assistants frantically trying to muffle KOC and wrestle him to the ground before he can call a double reverse flea flicker
Here's Minnesota Star Tribune photog Jerry Holt's angle on that third-quarter Justin Jefferson TD.
Somebody tackle KOC and take his headset away
I should be clear: offense is garbage, defense and special teams are great
Team is great, wins every week = so much pressure to win it all Team is great, loses every week = so frustrating, fire everyone Team is garbage, loses every week = depression, substance abuse Team is garbage, wins every week (current Vikings) = delightful absurdity, endless enjoyment
NFL announcers usually sound like they’ve been locked in a room studying tape for the last 96 hours, whereas MLS announcers usually sound like they found out which teams were playing about ten minutes before they went on air

Just to update the numbers for #MNUFC (all in MLS games only):
7-game winless streak
One win in 17 games
10-game winless home streak
13 of a possible 42 points at home
okay so Ramirez scored 16 that season, it's just that two of them were for the wrong team
Anthony Markanich, asked if his mom made him promise not to get in a fight with his brother: "Yeah, I know, right?"
To me, this is not a "no."
Anthony also said that when Nick bumped him, at a dead ball situation, they were just joking around.
FINAL: #MNUFC 2, Houston 2.
The wait for Wonderwall goes on, as Minnesota comes back once again - and can't hold on, once again.
Nick and Anthony Markanich are arm in arm, which is nice. Their mom will approve.
You can't make it up. Second minute of stoppage time, a recycled corner, Nick Markanich climbs above Kyle Duncan to head it back into the middle, where Duncan McGuire heads home for Houston.
2-2, and #MNUFC has eight minutes to rescue the three points.
Spot on. 10 minutes
got a double audio track so here's the replays with no sound
Kelvin Yeboah now has the #MNUFC single-season league scoring record, with 15 - one more than Christian Ramirez, who had 14 in 2017. Though I feel I should point out that Yeboah still has two to go to tie "Superman" in terms of non-penalty goals.
Yeboah levels for #MNUFC - great ball in, single season scoring record for Yeboah
#MNUFC LEADS AT HOME! Cherrion Valerius gets wide right, Marcus Caldeira gets behind the defense, Valerius crosses and Caldeira slips a shot underneath Blake Gillingham!
The Loons are ahead at Allianz Field, there are a dozen minutes to go, THIS IS NOT A DRILL
No, because she would be dead, keep up here Norm
Just confirmed with my mom that she would, indeed, have died of embarrassment if I'd gotten in a fight with my twin brother during an MLS game. Although she would have died from shock some time earlier, with either of us playing in an MLS game, but never mind that
Nick Markanich's getting set to come in, I'm so excited. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
Anthony just set up an excellent chance for #MNUFC, so game on
