He called his bigoted opponent a bigot to his face. Ossoff knows his voters and trusts them enough to tell them the truth. He talks about those responsible for this horrible situation in ways that resonate with those of us who are looking around like, what the fuck? He’s v good at all this.

The Group Chat is very proud of member @benzevgreen.bsky.social on the publication of his new book, Algorithmic Realism.

Nikole Hannah-Jones w/ a sobering follow-up on her decision yrs ago to enroll her daughter in a poor, majority-Black public school rather than a wealthier, whiter private school.
You leave heartbroken for the kids being failed by this grossly unequal system.
Ed Sheeran’s tour of North and South America was plunged into chaos Tuesday when four of his supporting acts — including his touring band — abruptly quit in solidarity with the rapper Macklemore, who was dropped for making pro-Palestinian comments onstage.
Isn’t it just the best?!
Do yourself an end of summer favor and make this dish, recommended today by Melissa Clark at @nytimes.com. Recipe by Hetty Lui McKinnon. @villarrecords.bsky.social and I have made this previously and loved it. So good, and super easy.
So grateful to @atrexler.com and the good folks at @uwmadison.bsky.social political science for a fantastic visit. I also now understand the Madison hype. A fantastic college town I’m looking forward to visiting again.
