My stomach has not reacted very well to me needing to quit my acid reflux meds. 🫩 Day 5 today and I've been feeling horrible since the start: horrible stomach ache and a constant feeling of needing to throw up… Trying some different meds to ease that right now and get me through these 2 weeks. 🫠🫠

Yeaah, it really sucks. But defo made clear that I don’t have much choice 🫠 if I’m positive I need to start avoiding cross contamination aswell & if I’m not they prefer me to have a more varied diet (pretty sure being ill is a valid reason aswell but okay 🥲) now just gonna wait for the dietitian

2nd question after “what can I do for you” was “do you stress or worry a lot” Such a joy to be a young woman with health issues 😭✨
