Captions are not a luxury, they're a necessity. Dropout fans with hearing loss deserve to know what's going on just as much as anyone! Dropout has built up a reputation as one of the Good Guys, and that is generally deserved – but it means that when they fall down on the job, it really stands out.

Two years ago, I emailed Dropout with some errors I'd found in an old episode of Game Changer. There were dozens, but I just sent the worst ones. I got a mildly snarky reply letting me know they were already working on re-captioning old episodes. That episode's captions remain exactly the same.
