Only for a minute, but usually he just walks across me - he's recently stood on me for a fuss a couple of times, but this was the first time he actually sat down! Eventually I will convince him to become a lap cat 😁

Haha, this is a good point! At this point (we get a lot of live frog gifts 🥴) I am pretty skilled at catching a frog once I know where it is... but this is the first time one has disappeared 😅 I'm hoping to tempt it out of hiding with a nice damp spot to sit in 🤣

I have tried to create a froggy habitat out of some scrunched up damp newspaper in a plastic tray, in the hopes that the frog will take up residence overnight and can be released in the morning. ... I do not have very high expectations for this plan's success. But at least I can say I tried.
