17) Nier: Automata (2B) This game has sold over 10M copies and it’s understandable how it got there. Great game w/ an interesting narrative, variety of genres, thats fairly forgiving to the player. Its also got *a lot* of jank, but in a good way. I plan to go back for (some of) the other 22 endings.

I’m down for all 5. This is a collaboration I can get behind.

Disney Villains Boo Buckets? And Scar made the cut? I’m totally stealing these from the kids.

Not yet. Gonna run it back tonight and hopefully not burn too much time doing so. Even if I had 1 healing item, I’d be good. The margin for getting hit is so small.

Same - even if they require a magnifying glass to read. The Capcom ones were fun.

A surprising amount (at least to us southerners) of the northeast is off for Columbus Day. With the Sabres hosting, it’s fair play.

Shoutout to the Ducks 🦆

Submitted an expense report for travels I had long forgotten about was like finding money in the couch. Definitely nice to have with gas doing what it’s doing.

I just saw the ending to the Eagles/Jags game. Damn.

Though the beginning of the song/video reminds me a lot of Blue October’s “Hate Me” - I wonder if that’s intentional or not.

A meeting I thought was scheduled for tomorrow is not until next Tuesday. I’ll probably procrastinate preparing for it away with video games and sports (like last night), but it’s comforting to find some unexpected bonus time.

If we had this in America RFK would have never been a thing

It was a bit too wordy and touchy feely for me. I appreciate the work they did, but it didn’t resonate for me.

It did, but this conversation predated the Netflix series.

Unrelated: I once got into an online argument with someone because I told her that She-Ra (who I love) was just “He-Man for girls.” She got in her feels, there was a mention of the patriarchy, yadda yadda. I’m like, “No. They’re literally siblings. Their stories are identical except she’s a girl.”

Easily lost 90 mins of sleep trying to brute force through an end boss in Nier Automata. I’m stuck in an in-between where I have no heals, can’t access heals, and can’t transport out of the area to get any upgrades or items. What I should have done is just drop the difficulty down to easy.

I’m sure that post is being “well received” on X.

Apparently admin chose violence last night.
