Well, you can do BOTH, actually, externally react to defend your ego but then realize you just defended an ego door and OPEN it by letting the emotion IN embracing that YOU made that feeling maybe apologizing for yelling at that other person or not it doesn't actually matter if you THANK them

Ego doors are SO exciting kids, once you know that fear is excitement, misunderstood. Because of the love vs hunger paradox, the material and the moral parts of the system use the SAME physical pathways. If you let EMOTIONAL pain drive EXTERNAL reaction, you DENY your PHYSICAL upgrade IN the body.
