They do look much fun and in todays world, no reason why we don't have more screens of that size on head untis. Saying that, the base looks exavlty like the Windows 8 computer i bought many years back. Minus 5 for the styling on that, even if it sits under the desk. 😁

😘

It has the design of a crew that care not about marketabillity and focus groups because they know what they have built and are supremely happy with the results.

The more i look at it, quite the attractive machine.

..and happy international space week to you too!

JW5X perfectly workable- 14.2734mhz- as part of SAC contest.

Oh certainly, i even called the wife to come to the shack for that; she too was impressed by the introducerer. 😁

Have two😉

Agreed, but already we have a number of unattended ft8 stations. You know the ones that lose the signal and then for 20mins or longer keep call -15 at you and you have to swap cycle to get away from them.

Well, obviously!

Its quite good, if you are able to watch. Less Amsat and more, history, tech, issues and challenges for the satellite sector. Aligns with your world for sure.

If you want to figure out speech recognition in a heavy noise environment..then aye, but that is a technical endeavour rather than a ham radio one.

😊 Morning to both👍

Just realised you can scrub back through the RSGB livestream, if for example you slept late and forgot the start time for the LEO talk!

Nice, you got pillars.. before the clouds anyway🏆

Arse! RS-44 was certainly noisy when i was on the pass, i think prior to yours. Best i worked was a few grid squares south of me.🤷‍♀️

Golly!

Cast well buddy, cast far!

Good luck! I've had a poorly wife for more than a week now. She has long passed the novelty of being able to just sit watching telly.
