Yandex Pay had to come out with a statement after many Russians said they couldn’t access their money. Yandex Bank is also unresponsive after the Ukrainian strike on three data centres.

indeed but by then the work to effectively kill it was well in hand... there is no money to be made on the ABC trust me the audience will not cop ads. the only way it could work would be by the govt making it "free at point of use" & paying private interests a lot of money to deliver that meaning
