Victoria Rose | Game Designer, trans girl | Creator of Secret Little Haven | Actual snow leopard I'm mainly on Mastodon (RIP Cohost) but I eventually caved and made an account here since almost all the artists I know came here instead of Masto, lol
@kickyflippy.bsky.socialReposted by @questfortori.bsky.socialGotta also share their great cover of So Kawaii from Mario Artist on the N64DD. Buffalo is also the N64DD cover center of the universe!
@puppytruck.dogReposted by @questfortori.bsky.socialDid you hear the news? You can play the Puppy Truck demo on Steam RIGHT NOW
It's getting rave reviews such as:
"This is a real video game" and "It has a deeper storyline than the show Chernobyl"
Pretty good!

@questfortori.bsky.socialSeeing both this AND BokuNatsu get fed through the slop machine is such a deep insult - I really hope they can get good translations by a human being at some point, because they deserve better than this.
@questfortori.bsky.socialThat's the smart way to do it - I just today found out about the "hide reposts from this user" button and I'm going to be using it a LOT now
@questfortori.bsky.socialIDK it's just hard to find reasons to believe things can get better anymore
@questfortori.bsky.socialevery time I open this website I become miserable in literal SECONDS because I'm met with a barrage of news about how fucked the world is right now and how no one in power is doing anything to stop it

@dryad.technologyReposted by @questfortori.bsky.socialI need to stress, those big hairclips in her hair? Those are actual alligator clips and at the end of each in-game day (you can see it at the end of the video) they're connected to electrical power so she can charge

@questfortori.bsky.socialI'm mostly thinking about Canada (Vancouver specifically), which would only be a marginal improvement, but at least Canada isn't in a transphobic tailspin on a federal level... yet
@questfortori.bsky.socialMe neither, but I just want to feel like I have SOME sort of options if things keep getting worse...
@questfortori.bsky.socialPart of why I'm considering moving to another country regardless of how midterms go down is that broader cultural issues like this take even longer to fix than electoral ones, especially when news and mass media are conglomerating more into the hands of far-right freaks who want to drive that wedge.
@questfortori.bsky.socialReally wish Democrats would stop throwing trans people under the bus for literally no reason It's exhausting to see transphobia become normalized enough that even former allies are turning on us

@questfortori.bsky.socialoh god Level-5 is doubling down I was really hoping they'd see the backlash and change course but instead they've gotten MUCH worse D:
