Trump pardon 3 men who violated the 1963 Clean Air Act by removing emissions control equipment from 37 vehicles charging customers up to $5k each they plead guilty and recieved 5 yr probation with fines in 2022 They did not go to jail! Biden had nothing to do with it.

How Trump announced the pardons: “I’m giving each one an unconditional pardon. That means you're as clean as a newborn baby's ass. I love doing this. This is worth the 8 hours in the plane.”
