Covid and flu vaccinations for 2026 through 2027 ☑️ I spoke with my doctor and as an immunocompromised individual w/chronic illness he usually asks me to wait until November for the flu vaccination, but due to the early outbreaks of it, he asked me to get it now. So, I got it and my Covid shot today.

Some positive & negative things from my neurology appointment yesterday. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for surgery on my thoracic spine. I have 4 disc bulges that are causing pain & bladder issues. Then I’ll address my cervical spine. Thank you ALL so much for caring!🙏
