@fiversdream.bsky.socialIf you require translation, sign language services or other support at the polling station, we will be able to help. For ASL interpretation, it's best to call ahead, but we do in fact have interpreters; we also have a phone line with interpreters in dozens of languages.
@fiversdream.bsky.social--in or near for the last six months (library, shelter, friends place, etc.) is fine and many places can offer you something saying so. You can also make a Declaration of Identity at the polling station! Genuinely! If you do not have the correct ID, you *will not be turned away*.
@fiversdream.bsky.socialI DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT ID! The requirements to vote may not be what you think! What you need is proof of address. Utility bills, income tax statements, etc. work just fine! (Bring a couple to be sure.) Make sure your name is visible. If you don't have a permanent residence, anywhere you've resided-

Please note: I could only verify this for Election Day itself and for both Elections Canada and Ontario; however, depending on your job it's likely worth asking.
