I assume Kyiv can still manage something here without the US, but it will undoubtedly be less. www.ft.com/content/7fd4...

@kevinrothrock.meI assume that folks are right to downplay the economic impact (for both the U.S. and Russia) of any diesel that today's deal manages to move, but I wouldn't minimize the other effects, eg on Trump's view of Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries, Putin's confidence in outlasting sanctions, etc.
