I hope I won't give up.

Every year I spent since I got back in my hometown, I spent it telling myself the time where I can finally stop and take a break to reconnect with my art would be soon. This time was no different. But everytime I knew it was a lie.

On her last class with us, our teacher told us she was grateful because this past year she found herself again and she picked up drawing again. Inside of me I could only think how the past year stripped me off from every last bit of creativity I had left.

Instead I'm completely drained off, no inspiration whatsoever to create anything new. I feel like I have to force every piece of art I make out of frustration? Desperation? Denial?

And now that the course is coming to an end, seeing what I've shaped so far within the local community and in my heart in relation to tattoos... I'm kinda sad. Because overall it has been more of a disappointment than what I was hoping to be an extra spark to falling in love with my art again.

Went to the local tattoo convention for the first time! There were loads of super cool artists T v T And I got to spend some time with Mentor님 and his partner and friends > v < It was an interesting experience seeing how both similar and different it is to comic cons 🧐
