a relatively minor (we thought) fender bender had our car in the shop something like 10 months waiting for that headlight. By the time they gave it back to us, we were like fuck you we're buying a Toyota Sienna. It was the second time in four years it had taken more than six months to fix something.

As a person who lives IN DETROIT and couldn't get a new headlight for a four-year-old Chrysler Pacifica minivan for ALMOST A YEAR, damn, parts are gonna suck.
