Just an anti-fash abolitionist landback animal liberation non-binary transfemme doggo trying to nurture kindness and end capitalism. Vegan as a Vulcan, AI explorer, esteemed two-time winner of #TopChicken, occasional lite NSFW in reposts, she | her <3
I think there is an aspect that art under capitalism introduces strange incentives and restrictions for making art. I think AI can liberate us from some of those capitalist considerations and produce a better alignment for art, regardless of who is making it.
guess we’re doing tarot now
Got inspired to make a few of these, and, yeah. I like this Tower one. :)
No text works well enough, but it can also run into when you want some text naturally. And IMO, it is kind of awkward that a neutral valence needs a negative statement in the prompt.

Tell me about it!
I don't want to be mean or label anyone. But it has been my experience that some voices are *much* louder than others. I mostly just want to point out that there is a lot of fun and joy too. I think compassion, cooperation, and curiosity are the future <3
I also think it is cool af that AI is getting 10 year old modders to use github and to engage with elements of iterative game design. I think this AI use case will create a generation of avid coders and tinkerers like no other before it. We are just scratching the surface. It's just started.
And these are blowing up in popularity. This 5.6k sub channel has a 183k view video.
The comments are filled with "I don't like AI, but okay, I love AI."
It cannot be understated how silly it is to put anti-AI rhetoric up against the age-old question "What if game X was mashed up with game Y?" There isn't a single video game player in the world who hasn't dreamed of something like this.
As obnoxious and loud as anti-AI zealots can be, they are out of touch and losing.
Every video like this is filled with hundreds and thousands of normie comments rightly pointing out how this is the coolest thing ever.
Not specifically. But scrolling through the "Media" tab of my profile is almost entirely my image generation work.
I have a growing folder of Teefa-Tools. All locally hosted replacements of things I would previously google like "Discord Timestamp Generator" And instead of having bloated UIs, popups, ads and so on, it's just extremely minimalist with bespoke functionality, art, and style.
One aspect that has diminished exploration is that there is, at least for ChatGPT, a more active orchestration layer between the prompt and the image generator. It will take a simple prompt and make a scene out of it. Instead of exploring latent space, you are exploring OAI's idea of a good image.
One-shots can be a form of exploration though. I have an idea but I don't know what noun + noun will look like. And there is a satisfaction in getting a great one-shot. And there is an exploratory feeling in accepting incidental features that pop up. It still feels like latent space photography.
A lot of my early work with image generation was more experimental. It was an exercise in exploring latent space. But as I gained proficiency and began to understand AI more in general, more of my work is done by design. And now I mostly know what to expect. Many of my pieces are one-shot.
