Also, most people don’t “move” to a new network. They add another one to the ones they already have. You’re not taking people from X or Facebook or Instagram. You’re asking them to also start using Bluesky.

You can’t convince people to move to a new network for ideological reasons. A few will; most won’t. The only driver is giving them something new that they want and can’t get anywhere else.
