In MHNow, if I want to hunt 5⭐s that consumes my available hunts till the next refresh. If I go down, either I wait an hour or use one of my 5/day potions. I don't even want the loot (which will be bad, it's only a 5⭐), I just want the practice. (The MHNow practice dummy doesn't attack, either.)

One thing that frustrates me so much about F2P games is the so frequent loss of unlimited play. I want to learn Long Sword. In Wilds, I picked a 5⭐ hunt and gave it a go, and worked my way up to a 9⭐. Failed one mission, had a couple carts, spent some time on the training dummy, overall successful.

Yeah, "don't let them" was hyperbole. But certainly "supervise them", which I hope is pretty safe parenting advice even from someone without kids. And my post is definitely aimed/angry at YouTube/Google, not parents.
