Unsolicited writing advice, no. 8260: Whatever genre you write, read folklore. Folklore exists because at some point, people cared so much about a certain thing that they put it into a story, and passed it down the centuries in order to keep it alive. That deserves attention.

Yeaaaahhh It was really weird, because it obviously happened at the manufacturing facility. It was packaged, sealed, and protected. And it was usable but...notable. O_o

Considering that I went to the hospital several times before the symptoms I'd been complaining about went critical and almost killed me, they're not the solution that a lot of people think they are. Often the ER is just looking for quick answers because of the sheer load of patients.

I would like to very slowly explain to the (many) people in my life that if going to the hospital would fix me, I would just do that and get fixed however, the word 'chronic' in chronic illness is kind of a big clue 🫩🫩
