I'm so moved, I'm with tears in my eyes reading the answers we're getting. Thank you so much for sharing such beautiful sentiments. I'm so happy to read about the wonderful things rubber has brought into your life and how much it means to you.

Are you going to #Furpoc2026 this month? Do you like shiny things? Are you curious about latex but don't know where to start?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, @bassenji.com and I are hosting a panel: Becoming Shiny: an Introduction to Latex Clothing and Gear!

More info below! 🖤🖤🖤

A promotional flyer for a Furpocalypse 2026 panel. It reads:

"Becoming Shiny:

On the right side of the poster is a drawing of Paris's fursona, wearing a red latex dress, corset, and the New England Rubber sash.

oop your DMs aren't open, mind sending me the first message?

@bassenji.comOct 10, 2026, 12:30 PM

It's less about the size of the business, more about it being furry owned and whether or not they have the machine capacity to make some patches for artists!

@bassenji.comOct 10, 2026, 12:20 PM

I'll DM you about it in a moment :3

@bassenji.comOct 10, 2026, 2:43 AM

Thank you for the offer, I'll keep it in mind! I'm getting a UV printer which can apparently color white embroidery so I'd be curious to try, and you're welcome to try your designs with the printer too if you're ever curious.

@bassenji.comOct 10, 2026, 2:32 AM

Oh Triangle Manor are awesome! Are you in the Boston area? Because I'm local to them too :P I didn't know they do patches so I'll reach out. Thank you!

@bassenji.comOct 10, 2026, 12:28 AM

That is lovely! Would you mind telling me how to get in touch? DM is fine if you prefer that

@bassenji.comOct 9, 2026, 11:25 PM

Incredible

@bassenji.comOct 9, 2026, 11:10 PM

Small batch please

@bassenji.comOct 9, 2026, 11:08 PM

Are there any furry-owned small businesses that make custom embroidered patches for artists?

@bassenji.comOct 9, 2026, 12:57 PM

Haven't heard of this before. Can't say this sounds unreasonable sadly, but do you have a source to verify this?

@bassenji.comOct 8, 2026, 8:23 PM

Ooo what plants? Any critters?

@bassenji.comOct 8, 2026, 7:47 PM

Of course! I value yours and others' insight so much. If there's anything more you wanna talk about feel free to DM me.

@bassenji.comOct 8, 2026, 7:37 PM

I definitely don't wish my words to be interpreted as if I'm invalidating victims or apologizing abusers. Thank you for pointing that out and giving me the chance to elaborate further. If you have more thoughts on this I'm happy to listen.

@bassenji.comOct 8, 2026, 7:37 PM

I appreciate your insight. To be clear, I wasn't talking about systemic abuse in this case. That should always be named and pointed out. This is specifically about using the terms abuser/victim as blanket statements without distinguishing whether it's conflict or actual abuse.
