First outing for my winter coat as Bromley travel to Mansfield in League One with both sides returning to league action after the international break - updates for BBC Radio London 📻

Mia Dixon scored a brace with Cairo Antoine also on target as Arsenal Women U21 beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 away in the PGA Cup

And it’s been a very long block of games for Slegers and this squad- the international break will do them good in all likelihood. But they will return to a season where once again, it’s a case of salvaging what remains rather than chasing what they really are aiming for

Some really tidy signings flourishing in City’s side, a few somewhat under the radar. Geraldine Reuteler has barely kicked a ball for Arsenal in what’s been a truly confusing start to her campaign

Arsenal go into the international break 10th in the WSL, 10 points behind league leaders Manchester City. Players have been together since mid-July, with the aim to hit the ground running and avoid a repeat of previous seasons. Instead, it’s been something of a calamity

Can see why people have read into it, but could also be a one-off in the heat of the moment- still a young manager after all. Certainly a first offence!

Eye-opening. Slegers has been great with the press throughout, always calm- never too high or low- and has relaxed into the role when dealing with the media, making this a real surprise. Alessia Russo did a TV interview immediately, the head coach should fulfil her duties too

Aaron D’Antino took the post match press conference. Renee Slegers too disappointed to do it just now. Full quotes from Aaron to come on Arseblog News.

Alessia Russo speaking to Disney Plus: "[the handball] was a mistake, obviously it wasn't intended at all. "We let them come back into the game in the second half probably way before that moment."

For all the criticism of Renee Slegers, it's hard to put much of the blame on the Arsenal head coach tonight

Full-time: Paris FC 2-2 Arsenal Women Just as Arsenal looked to be picking up an important win, they throw it away in catastrophic circumstances. A cheap counter-attacking goal before a penalty where Leah Williamson will feel hard-done by, but rules are rules. Unbelievable

Unbelievable- Leah Williamson handles the ball after it was kicked to her by Misa Rodriguez, to take the goal kick herself, and Paris have a penalty

Clever move and Georgia Stanway scores her first Arsenal goal!

Fantastic from Alessia Russo, a goal her and Arsenal really needed

Renee Slegers makes two changes from Sunday’s defeat to Chelsea as Misa Rodriguez and Lotte Wubben-Moy start
