So tired of myself being unable to just talk to people, for fear of saying the wrong thing, being too direct, or upsetting others because I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of that. So I isolate, mask and hope the world goes away.

Whilst outside it doesn't look that way, looks can be deceiving, you can't see the inner workings. Should I be publicly posting such thoughts? Not really, but then who cares. I am so tired of masking for everyone and pretending everything's fine because it isn't.

Don't think therapy is working. Always a struggle to get started, or progress a topic. Leaves more questions rather than answers or resolve on things from the past. Can bearly talk to my own friends, family or those close to me, let alone the therapist. Just feel alone.
