@jodipickens.bsky.social PinnedI wasn’t going to make this complicated.
You already know how well that went. 😂
My newest personal essay is live. I’m not telling you where this one goes.

@jodipickens.bsky.socialStill lots of unknowns around the industry and the franchise.
@jodipickens.bsky.socialI’m excited about this!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialI’m reading this tomorrow and I can’t wait!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialIt’s always good to hear Matalas express interest in coming back to Trek. I hope that it can happen!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialThanks for having me on the live show! I had a great time AND got to talk about DS9!!!✨🖖
@jodipickens.bsky.socialAn absolute legend
@jodipickens.bsky.socialWell now I want to ride in the bubble!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialI completely understand! I live in a deeply red, MAGA led state. Trying to weed through the candidates & identify the true blues and purples requires a bit of sorcery and magic. I am putting my vote towards those that aren’t running under the Republican Party, unless I have clear reasons not to.
@jodipickens.bsky.socialCooler weather changes the entire personality of being home. Suddenly the blanket has authority. The coffee has responsibilities. The couch is making persuasive arguments. And going back outside after dark feels like a proposal requiring committee approval. 🍂😂
@jodipickens.bsky.socialThat doesn’t sound like someone who is of the current Republican Party. She may be a moderate Republican, she votes for the party representation but doesn’t align with the far right ideas? That might explain why she is running as an independent.
@tillybridges.bsky.socialReposted by @jodipickens.bsky.socialthis is beautiful
@jodipickens.bsky.socialOh that might have healed my soul!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialIs the independent candidate still proudly touting the “three time Trump” voter line? I’m not sure that even matters because it makes me feel like they are conservative running on the independent ticket to just get more conservative reps in place. I promise I’m not a conspiracy theorist!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialIf you keep saying the lies enough, someone will eventually believe them! 🙄
@jodipickens.bsky.socialRight! Vulcans would be great until you started behaving too human!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialEver explain a perfectly reasonable choice like someone requested a bibliography? 👀
Yeah. We should probably talk about that.
Come check in with me. This one might sound familiar. ☕️🧡
@jodipickens.bsky.socialFirst Contact is an all-time favorite for me. The soundtrack alone is magnificent. Enjoy!
@clonestarpodcast.comReposted by @jodipickens.bsky.socialYou’ve moved into a neighborhood in the Star Trek universe. 🖖
Your neighbors could be ANY alien species.
Are you choosing peace and quiet or risking an interstellar incident over the property line? 😅
Who gets to live next door?
@jodipickens.bsky.socialThis is definitely a Who? What? When? Where? situation!
@jodipickens.bsky.socialI agree 💯
