It got worse.

No, I feel this one. There’s a lot out there, I get it. But there’s some wonderful comics (and arguably comics analysis) that doesn’t get attention come awards time.

Good to hear.

Wow!

Well it is fractured but no bleeding and it’ll heal on its own. I’ll probably still go to the con but I’ll be moving very slowly and taking it as easy as possible. Doctor said that would be ok and set me up with this cool boot and wrap. I’ll have a knee scooter by Saturday.

I don’t know yet. I’m at a doctor now.

Going to see a doctor so I can hopefully still see folks at the con.

Stepped in a small dip/pothole and rolled my ankle. Kinda bad!

Oh? Just trying to gather some foot soldiers and now you give me this news?

Very iffy as to going to comic con and how long I can manage. Maybe I can get a knee scooter.

THE MONSTER SQUAD! The @arrowvideo.bsky.social 4K release with my artwork on the sleeve and booklet and discs is coming out this October, in time for Halloween. Have you ordered yours yet/ :D

Check this out. LEGO has transformed Jock’s iconic cover to Detective Comics #880 into a 3D wall art set. January 1st release. Tempting!

Ha! Good point.

I love it.

Anyone ever get Superhero from India’s GI Joe line?

He lost billions on Quibi. Maybe factor that in.

I’ll be there. I go every year.

I like The Wire a lot but I tried to think of shows that I was most excited to see the next episode or to talk about. There were a bunch of shows that came close.
