Beef tallow doesn't really impart flavor or anything either. That said I sometimes get a little clever and render off the fat cap of a steak to sear the steak in. But that's just more about being efficient and avoiding waste on a steak than imparting steaky flavor.

It’s about a bratty, nonbinary, less-than-part-time pop singer demigod who has to save the galaxy. It's kind of like disco Guardians of the Galaxy meets Sailor Moon meets Jojo.

I’m going to experiment more but I basically just put a few dashes of taijin over ice, juiced a lime wedge, and poured half a bottle of Diet Coke in. I bet I could add more and it’d taste nice but I’m trying not to over indulge in salt.

Not like a lot, I’d say a quarter of a teaspoon but I can totally add more next time. I just don’t want to drink a LOT of salt all at once. The flavor works well, if I were still drinking alcohol I bet this would probably work nicely in a Kalimoxto (Diet Coke and red wine)
