@glynnstewart.comA small reminder.
@glynnstewart.comI had absolutely forgotten that I'd backed Howard Tayler's Doodling as a Hobby at a level that included original Schlock Mercenary Art. And because I hadn't thought about it before, it took me far too long to decide which strips I'd want. Odds that someone else has claimed them? Siiiigh.
@glynnstewart.comHasn't reached us yet but it's supposedly on its way.
@glynnstewart.comYep. Remember: I am so unhandy it's surprising I have hands, but I managed to install a kitchen faucet! You'll be fine! (Mine... Rotated slowly to the left and had to be regularly recentered, but it worked!) Just remember to turn the water off.
@glynnstewart.comBetween the instructions and a YouTube video, I honestly found kitchen faucet installation to be disturbingly easy. *Sink* installation, on the other hand...

@trickweekes.bsky.socialReposted by @glynnstewart.comThere are so, so, so few trans kids playing sports. But the GOP has pushed it. It's like getting everyone to agree that the skydiving Christian baby who won't pull the ripcord unless the atheist skydiver converts is a major campaign issue everyone must weigh in on, except it hurts real kids.
@glynnstewart.comCongratulations!

I have what I think of as a MG series, but I call it "MG for kids like we were:" kids who read 'above our age,' bc it's longish & complex & what *I'd* have read at age 9!
The Guildmaster Saga is available in print & ebook & LOOK WHAT THE COVERS DO! :D
@cemurphy.bsky.socialReposted by @glynnstewart.comOh, man, and watch this video mentioned in the obituary, because it's *beautiful*:
@glynnstewart.comAnd that setting can turn itself off, I just discovered. Grr.
@glynnstewart.comAlso calculating the likely number of deaths in a ten year period in the past to judge how many names from a given family would be in the archived obituaries for that decade.
@glynnstewart.comLooking up references in Deborah Blum's The Poisoner's Handbook, as you do.

@glynnstewart.comThe terrifying thing is that taxes will potentially go *down* long term.
The US already spends more public money per capita on healthcare than anyone who HAS a national program
@glynnstewart.comTrying hard to just delete them and not let it get to me, but I know it's part of why my response time to reader emails is approximately... Infinite
@glynnstewart.comSolidarity and good luck!
@glynnstewart.comRe reading Spirit Blade as I start the sequel and I apparently can at least amuse myself. And given that a number of the sections that make me smile are "popular highlights," seems it works on others too
