I drink about a gallon of water throughout the day, with some variance depending on how active I am. I drink ≥48oz of that in the last 1-2 hours of being awake. If I get dehydrated, my sleep quality goes way down and I wake up prematurely, often with a nightmare; it feels similar to being sick

I've noted this effect several times but I keep returning from cons with way more energy than I had before I left, despite sleeping poorly and constantly exerting myself. It feels nice!

Realistically probably a squirrel because they're cute and energetic and scared of everything and they climb things and eat nuts But the real reason I'm replying is because sometimes I see raccoons in my neighborhood and they're so cute I could cry 😭😭😭 I LOVE THEM
