voted “present” instead of yes when had a chance to impeach. constituents are extremely frustrated! Joe is on TV all the time talking about what a threat to democracy trump is. But he can’t even bring himself to vote yes, even when he knows it won’t pass? Why!

btw impeachment is not optional. the Constitution mandates that they do it. their dereliction, whether from pure laziness or more nefarious reasons, is itself a violation of the Constitution.
