I've given them three options based on the items inside: keep, sell, or donate. At minimum, there's an inventory of what's inside, and if they want to keep it all, it's no extra stress for me. But I hope they decide to donate a lot of it.

Happy to help confirm the sound logic! I'm eschewing most of my opinions about what's in these totes for now. Not my stuff, not for me to judge. But I am shocked at how much Dollar Tree stuff is there, right next to a gigantic box with Coach boots inside. 🤯

Three rows down, 120 totes so far. 4th row has 30 more totes, but I'm too sweaty to do any more this afternoon. Seems like 7 rows in total. Thankfully, I'm not in pain. Just pacing myself!

One of my projects here in Texas is helping my brother/sis-in-law clean out their garage. Everything is in totes, but they have no inventory of what's inside. I got my first brief look yesterday when he told me he saw & killed a black widow spider and suggested I try to avoid spiders. 😲
