My egg finally cracked at 28 when I was watching a Love Live concert and said "I'm so gay for these girls" and had to spend a few weeks wondering why I said that until I Realized.

When I was really little my parents got mad at me for crying about something and told me "boys don't cry." I internalized this to mean that that must mean I'm not a boy. The message got buried for a couple decades but I eventually came back around to that realization.

you gotta be careful with guilt by association when it comes to having mutuals with someone who starts posting out of pocket shit. "why do I have mutuals with this person?" because every single person cannot monitor every single thing every single person they follow posts?

Been keeping an eye on this discourse since my friend is at the heart of it and man being on twitter still just seems like a miserable experience.

Fucking peak comedy that all of deadlock twitter is dogpiling on my friend for liking McGinnis despite her working for an arms dealer and then the next day in comes Danny Deadman who is literally the company's biggest shill

Sigh

I love when people point to certain Deadlock characters and go "I can't fuck with them because they're evil" as if the majority of the cast isn't fucked up in one way or another.

The anime that just came out this year was SO GOOD too. I can't believe how many times I rolled my eyes and said "yeah i get it" when the major got her tits out.

I finally watched the original Ghost in the Shell movie and uh, I didn't really like it. I'm glad my first experience with this IP was the science saru anime.

The older I get, the more resentful I get that this country worships a piece of paper that was written by slave owners to the point of ruining the lives of modern people.

Yes 100%. By deprecating your own work you're also self selecting for readers who aren't invested in your setting, so you get a more ironic than passionate audience.

Well. Between Clip Studio constantly yelling at me about memory usage, my picross app constantly crashing, and Netflix telling me I have to download an old version of the app, I guess I need to start seriously saving up for a new iPad.
