@reecedinsdale.bsky.social@reecedinsdale.bsky.social‘The extensive nature of Russian influence operations over the past 15 years has compromised the British state and senior politicians to such an extent that they have felt too embarrassed – or too compromised – to investigate fully how extensive it has been.’

@reecedinsdale.bsky.socialIn the week it would have been my dad’s 95th birthday, I finally managed to open a large box of his keepsakes, belongings & momentos, some seven years after his death. Knowing I wasn’t ready to do this until now, today I realised… you are NEVER ready!

@reecedinsdale.bsky.socialAnd your point is?
@reecedinsdale.bsky.socialTo you, I don’t doubt it.
@reecedinsdale.bsky.socialThank you.
@reecedinsdale.bsky.socialNot ALL clubs ‘benefited’, so there’s no level playing field there. They ‘improved the league’ by ill-gotten gains! Why does your mind not want to compute/entertain any truths in that? You’ll need to wake up to your denial at some point, unless you always want to be angry at everyone but your owners
@usmansmith.bsky.socialReposted by @reecedinsdale.bsky.socialPolitical history is full of influence that shifted the engines of power onto different tracks. Other parties can use small power to nudge the giants in better directions. Vote with your conscience. The political landscape was repainted to be less Turner & more Lowry through people's power. Believe.
