@majima.clubI was lucky, the nutritionist I had was super nice and understood my AuDHD issues and that I had disordered eating issues due to my mom’s abuse so when I told her that calorie counting and stuff is verboten for me she nixed any talk of intentional weight loss and we focused on my blood sugar.
@majima.clubHe got me through 2 rounds of pneumonia, MRSA, diagnosed my diabetes and fought for me to get on Ozempic when it was new because metformin made me so sick. When he retired he sent a sweet letter to all his clients and I literally wept on the couch for days. I still have the letter.
