🧵Shock Doctrine is a social control strategy that uses recurrent shocks to make people feel overwhelmed & easier to conquer. To inflict suffering, push us into submission, or prompt us to rise up against our oppression in a way the fascist regime can use as an excuse to institute martial law.

Hahaha! Oh I see. I got over-excited and didn't realize you'd shared a link. Thank you!

Who is the designer!?! I've been trying to figure that out. This design reminds me of a cross between Bob Mackie and Thierry Mugler. I'm so excited to know who made this.

I helped my grandmother pick them out to get with her green stamps when I was a little girl. I'm so happy they live with me now.

I meant to say BAKE them.

I'm going to make them and eat them with cinnamon and butter. This kind is naturally sweet. I can hardly wait.

I would too. (It's funny. That's what I thought you said. I definitely read what you meant.)

Do you watch Ask A Mortician on YouTube? If you don't, check it out. Caitlyn Doughty is amazing. She runs a non-profit funeral home and her channel discusses so many aspects of after death care. She's also a historian so she breaks down all kinds of interesting things in history.

Oh I love her. Look at her tiny peets.

Photo by Carley Ferguson. This photo was taken Oct 3 from atop a castle in Albania as the sun went down.

Yes. There are lots of different kinds of gorgeous mushrooms popping up right now.

My last picture of my sweet Comfort. I sure do miss her. For such a tiny girl she had a big space in this house and in my heart.

I found this old fallen tree in the woods, cut the top bit off, and turned it into a planter. I've already planted it and it looks pretty. Once the plants perk up a little bit after being transplanted I will take a picture. I am going to put it at one of the campsites.
