Of course, they couldn't believably claim otherwise if they wanted to. Using AI undermines the message, because it makes it easier to claim the message is false.

@emoneconomist.bsky.socialScreaming "LEGAL ACTIONNNN!!!!1!!1!!" never actually worked. My employer wins legal cases all the time. If I can't point out an actual, tangible, logical, realistic way in which evidence will support a court finding them liable for something, then I'm just a keyboard warrior screaming into the void.
@emoneconomist.bsky.socialOkay, I'd love to get management thinking about the ways this could open them up to future legal action but I'm going to find that difficult to do when I can't actually see how this would realistically open them up to losing those legal cases, and when you can't explain it to me either.
