It doesn’t need to exist. It’s an odd mix of functions that in many countries would be done by separate agencies
Zelensky’s approval rating with AMERICANS is already higher than Trump’s. And my guess is the gap will become even bigger. Zelensky here speaking bravely and clearly (both factually and morally)
