It is worth a like. I've been on basically a minimum dose of it for months and nobody's seen fit to change it until yesterday when a palliative nurse spoke to me, then came round, and saw the struggle. She beefed it up immediately and the pain has dramatically lowered. That will do nicely indeed.

Had my slow-release morphine dosed bumped up yesterday. Still broken sleep, but I woke up properly about half 7 *not* in pain and feeling like death for the first time in a long time. Not ideal that it's morphine-fuelled, but at this point I really don't care and will take it and be happy 😂

Definitely. The majority of HW mainlines would benefit from a wheel swap/change of size, but even more so than usual here!
